Returns

Damaged items will be replaced free of charge subject to our general terms & Conditions.

Damaged items will require to be returned.

 Undamaged Returns can be made if all of the following conditions are agreed by the company.

• The product is in its original packaging and both are undamaged so as to be in a resalable condition.
• The purchaser agrees to pay the cost of carriage if notification of the return has not been made within 3 days of receipt.
• The returning items are not subject to a claim of ‘damaged’
• The product to be returned is not from our Food/ Beverage Ranges or a sale item.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in full for items which are returned under the conditions for Returns above. Items which are agreed to be returned by the company and are outwith the above notification period will only be refunded at 80% of the invoice value.
